Aruuke is passionate about social projects; she previously worked as the Education Coordinator at the Sefire-i Alem International Student Association. She has a BA in International Relations and BA in English Language and Literature from Istanbul University. Her current areas of focus are Russian foreign policy, modern cultural colonization, Turkish-Iranian-Russian relations and political aspects of Russian colonialism in Central Asia and Caucasus.
