As the novel Coronavirus continues to spread around the world, wreaking havoc on economies and health care systems, Russia has implemented a number of measures to tackle the pandemic. However, the Russian response continues to receive criticism both at home and abroad both for its perceived ineffectiveness and for its purported lack of transparency. But what is Russia’s state of preparedness? The purpose of this Info Pack is to aggregate existing research on cases and compile relevant data on the spread of covid-19 Russia. It further examines the potential political and economic implications of the crisis.
