Turkey’s Human Rights Action Plan is based on eleven main principles and consists of a total of nine aims, fifty goals, and three hundred ninety-three activities. The Plan was designed with the participation of relevant stakeholders ranging from representatives of the high courts to members of civil society organisations. It is set to be implemented over two years.
