Muhammed Lütfi Türkcan is a Deputy Researcher at TRT World Research Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University. He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Koc University and is currently a PhD candidate in that same department.
